Reduced registration fee will be accepted from PG Students, only if submitted along with bonafide certificate from the Head of the Department.

Accompanying children below 3 years need not register.

Receipt bearing Registration Number will be sent to all registered delegates. This must be presented at the Registration Counter, without which the registration would be treated void.

The delegates must mention their Registration Number in all future correspondence.

Delegate’s conference registration kit will contain identity badge, program book, invitations to inaugural function, cultural evening, banquets and certificate of participation.

Registration Kit is not guaranteed for spot registrations. Accompanying persons will not be allowed entry to the scientific sessions.

The conference identity badge provided to the delegates must be worn at all times.

It contains bar coding and entry may be denied to anyone not wearing the conference badge on account of security reasons.

Cancellation request will be entertained only up to July 15, 2013. 75% of the deposited money will be refunded.

Refunds will be generated only after the workshop.
